New for 2010, the Sony Bravia KDL40EX503U delivers high end home entertainment viewing. The 40-inch LCD display can easily display full HD graphics due to its high 1920x1080p resolution, whilst LED edge lighting allows sharp, true to life tones to be displayed, whilst at the same time reducing power consumption.
A number of image enhancing technologies set the KDL40EX503U apart from the competition. Motionflow with image blur reduction technology increases the frame rate of the TV ensuring fast-action scenes are smoother whilst helping to increase the clarity of the individual frame.
The Bravia engine 3 is used which incorporates all of Sony’s latest developments with regards to image enhancement.
An ambient light sensor automatically detects the levels of light within the room and adjusts the backlighting to an appropriate level, achieving optimum viewing with a minimum amount of strain on the eye.
A Freeview HD tuner allows for the viewing of all the free-to-air HD channels available through Freeview, whilst also allowing for the standard digital channels to be viewed as well.
